How LOOM works
1.
Set up your project
Define your building type, HRB status, current RIBA stage, and appointed parties. LOOM pre-loads the correct ADD baseline — 560 parameters, 1,030 asset types, 719 documents — scoped to your project.
2.
Publish requirements
Use MAP to filter by discipline, stage, or BSA gateway. Export a scoped requirements pack — PDF brief or Excel schedule — to each task team. Every export is audit-trailed with a SHA256 hash.
3.
Assess and identify gaps
Upload CAFM exports, COBie files, or Asset Registers to LENS at each stage gate. LOOM scores completeness, quality, and recency against the ADD baseline and surfaces BSA-critical gaps immediately.
4.
Track and evidence
Gaps become TRACE tasks. Evidence is submitted, validated, and hashed. Fee milestones unlock as completeness targets are met. The Golden Thread grows with every resolved task — satisfying BSA 2022 duty holder obligations.
