42DC Welcomes Lee Bezuidenhout as Partner and Managing Director, Clinical and Healthcare Practice
The built environment and the people inside it are not separate problems. It is a belief that has shaped 42 Digital Consulting Ltd from the start, and it is what sits behind this announcement.
We are pleased to welcome Lee Bezuidenhout as Partner and Managing Director of our Clinical and Healthcare Practice.
Lee’s background is not typical for this industry. He has spent his career inside NHS clinical and operational environments, working with the frontline teams that depend on buildings, systems and data to function. He knows what it costs when that data is wrong, missing or impossible to act on. Not in theory. In practice.
That experience now informs a direct focus on digital estates management and building information strategy. Lee works at the point where operational reality meets data governance, helping NHS Estates and Clinical teams move from fragmented records to structured, reliable asset information.
The new Clinical and Healthcare Practice will support NHS Trusts and healthcare organisations to align their clinical and operational reality with their digital and estates strategy. Where 42DC has historically led on BIM, information management, and golden thread governance, Lee’s practice adds the clinical lens that makes that work genuinely meaningful in a healthcare context.

This is not a pivot. It is a natural extension of what we have always believed.

Grant Bezuidenhout, Founder of 42 Digital Consulting Ltd, said:

“Lee’s clinical and operational background is not something you find often in this space. He understands what it costs when building data is incomplete or unreliable, because he has worked on the other side of that problem. That perspective is exactly what our clients need. I should also mention that Lee is my brother. I am aware that hiring family carries a certain reputation. In this case, I genuinely believe it is the right appointment. The fact that I trust him completely is a bonus.”

Lee Bezuidenhout, Partner and Managing Director of the Clinical and Healthcare Practice, said:
“Joining my brother Grant to build and scale 42DC is a deeply proud moment for me. Beyond combining our professional expertise, this is about building something lasting as a family business rooted in core values – trust, integrity, and genuine relationships. We’re combining decades of hard-earned industry experience with the shared values we’ve always lived by. I am incredibly excited for this journey ahead and the impact we will make together.“

Lee is based in the UK and available to NHS Clinical, Estates and Facilities Management teams looking to strengthen their information and data management capability. He joins at a significant moment as the practice develops Loom Asset, its asset data governance platform, and expands its work across NHS and public sector estates.

We look forward to what this practice will deliver.
